John Carpenter’s 1982 remake of The Thing is undoubtedly one of my all time favorite films, so thusly the forthcoming prequel/ remake of his legendary film is one of mine (as well as many many others) most anticipated horror films of 2011. The reboot of this classic film (also tilted The Thing) hits theaters on Friday October 14th, for those lucky enough to be in the Phoenix metro area, we here at I Can Smell Your Brains are giving away exclusive VIP passes to a 7PM screening Tuesday, October 11th @ Harkins Tempe Marketplace Theaters. Only 5 sets (each admits 2) of VIP reserved seating passes are available. There is certainly scores of you that want to attend this screening so the 5 lucky winners will be chosen at random on Monday, October 10th.
