Important info for owners about meeting and proxy

AOAO members,

Celebrity is not cooperating with the mailing of our annual meeting packet. Accordingly Dave Blank, Board Secretary and I are putting it together. We want to e-mail the packet to you but Hawaii law requires us to have a statement in writing by the unit owner approving such. There is no requirement that the “writing” provided by the owner be signed. Therefore, our attorney advises that the safest procedure would be to send an email to all whole unit owners (and the VOA Board) asking them to return an email confirming-- their packets, including the notice, for the upcoming annual meeting and subsequent meetings can be sent via e-mail.
