Does anyone know any slimfit t-shirt brands for people with

I'm 6'1 and weigh about 140 lbs really small I know but I do eat a lot just runs in the family I guess but it seems all the shirts I buy suck because I wear mediums or larges but the necks are always too big because mine is really small. Any suggestions on screen printed shirt brands that might work out. I usually like surfer/skater brands like quiksilver or oneill but like I said the necks are way too big and im too lanky for shirts that the necks are right. Thanks alot
