 Laptop battery problem? |

hi friends......................
I need your help.
I am using a laptop (hp probook 4420s) and currently facing problem of battery.
Actually i have not shut down laptop properly and just put in bag and after 2 weeks i wanted to start laptop but no battery back available and i have put for charging of laptop battery and as well as used laptop but the laptop showing of indication of not charging of battery (0% available(plugged in, not charging)).
